Amateur Athletic Union: The Amateur Athletic Union(AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States.
AAU Athletics (Track & Field): AAU Athletics encompasses competitions in Track & Field, Cross Country, and Multi-Event.

AARC (Ambler Area Running Club): In addition to conducting two annual races (5K race in summer and the Ambler Frostbite 5-Miler in February), the local running club sponsors weekly runs and track workouts, has monthly meetings with occasional speakers, publishes a newsletter, and supports a web site for runners in the community.
